MEETINGGLASS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THIS
LEGAL AGREEMENT BEFORE INSTALLING THIS PACKAGE.
BY INSTALLING MEETINGGLASS, YOU ACCEPT ALL
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND
AGREE THAT YOU WILL BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM.
IF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU,
DO NOT CONTINUE TO INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE.
MEETINGGLASS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT LICENSE TERMS
Oleg Galkin - the Author of MeetingGlass software product ("Author")
grants you ("Customer") a license to use the software product MeetingGlass
and it's documentation, subject to the separate, applicable provisions below.
1. PROVISIONS FOR MEETINGGLASS
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP OF PROGRAM: MeetingGlass software is the proprietary product of Author and its licensors and it is protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
Customer acquires only the right to use MeetingGlass and does not acquire any rights, express or implied, in MeetingGlass.
Customer shall not remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from MeetingGlass.
MeetingGlass uses FFmpeg under the LGPLv2.1.
The Author of MeetingGlass software doesn't own FFmpeg.

MeetingGlass uses MPV player under the LGPLv2.1.
The Author of MeetingGlass software doesn't own MPV player.
The relevant owners of MPV player can be found on the official MPV player website: https://mpv.io/
The MeetingGlass server acts solely as a real-time video transmission intermediary. It does not store, modify, or extract any data (including video, audio, or metadata) from the content transmitted through the service. All video streams are relayed directly between clients without retention or processing beyond what is necessary for transmission.
Users are solely responsible for the content they transmit. MeetingGlass disclaims liability for unauthorized sharing or misuse by end clients.
By using MeetingGlass, you acknowledge that your video/audio is transmitted peer-to-peer via our relay server but not stored or accessed by us.
NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND: MEETINGGLASS IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED
IN MEETINGGLASS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE
IN AN ENVIRONMENT CREATED BY YOU OR THAT THE OPERATION
OF MEETINGGLASS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR
THAT MEETINGGLASS ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE
OF MEETINGGLASS IS WITH YOU.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NEITHER AUTHOR NOR
ANY OF ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
CAUSED BY MEETINGGLASS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES
FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF SAVINGS, REVENUE, DATA,
INCURRED BY CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF AUTHOR
HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
2. PRIVACY
MEETINGGLASS: MeetingGlass software may temporarily store user photos taken before joining or creating a meeting in order to be able to display them in the application user interface.
MeetingGlass does not store, record, or analyze the video/audio content transmitted through our servers. The service operates as a pass-through relay, ensuring real-time communication without retaining any user-streamed data after the session ends. No facial recognition, content extraction, or permanent storage of media takes place on our infrastructure.
Session data (e.g., connection logs) may be retained for troubleshooting but excludes media content.
No personal data is derived from video streams, and no third parties receive access to transmitted content.
MEETINGGLASS WEB SITES: MeetingGlass web sites may use cookies to track users.
MeetingGlass affiliates and advertisers may also use cookies.
CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CUSTOMER HAS READ
THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT AND AGREES TO BE BOUND
BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
